I dreamt I touched your arm
I touched your face
You might have been crying

I dream of you in the day
walking down the street
sitting down in Macdonalds
sipping away your corn soup

I dream of you in the morning
waking up for school
leaving the house to educate yourself
but I'm sure you know something your teacher doesn't.

Tell me I can touch you again
smile again. Things would be the same
or even better
despite the distance, the weather
difference it doesn't matter
I just want to be with you
stay with you
take care of you
forever know you are safe in His arms.

But I already know that.
So I don't have to worry
cos I tell Him at night to take care of you
and He does.
